The best way to showcase your property is to have amazing images taken of it in a timely fashion. Nothing will discourage an online viewing more than a bad image of something that is a huge investment. My turnaround time for images is 24-48 hours depending on the size of the property. My Real Estate packages are super easy, $.12 a square foot. If the listing is for a 1200 square foot home, $144 (outbuildings are included at no extra cost). For Homes or commercial lease properties under 700 square feet, $.20 a square foot. If you have bare land or lots to sell, i have a flat fee of $125 Let me help you sell or lease your beautiful properties with some gorgeous images.
